The Firm

The firm focuses on complex commercial matters and wealth/estate planning; these matters include real property, construction defects, banks, banking, and financing disputes, and creditor's rights litigation, as well as general corporate, business and contract matters.

Mr. Silva is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust section, the Trial Lawyers section, and the Business Lawyer's section of the Florida Bar. Mr. Silva is a past member of the Florida Bar's Federal Court Practice Committee.

He is admitted to practice in all State, and Federal Courts in Florida, (U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District, and the Southern District of Florida).
